1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern the use of the website and services provided by AEGON LEARNING (‘Institute’, ‘We’, ‘Our’, ‘Us’).
By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. DEFINITIONS
Student – Any individual enrolled in a course offered by the Institute.
Parent/Guardian – Legal guardian of a minor student.
Course – Any classroom, online, recorded, crash course, or test series program.
Study Material – Printed notes, PDFs, videos, question banks, test papers, or digital content.
3. ELIGIBILITY
- Students must meet the course’s academic eligibility criteria.
- If under 18 years, parent/guardian consent is mandatory.
- Submission of false information may result in cancellation without refund.
4. ENROLLMENT & ADMISSION
Admission is confirmed only upon submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees.
The Institute reserves the right to reject applications without assigning a reason.
Batch allocation is subject to seat availability.
5. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
Course fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule. Fees once paid are non-transferable and subject to the refund policy. Late payment may result in suspension of classes or denial of access to materials. Bank or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the student.
6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees are strictly non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within [7/15] days of course commencement. Refunds, if approved, shall be subject to administrative deductions. No refund shall be provided after significant course completion or for recorded courses once access is granted. The Institute may cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment; in such cases, fees will be refunded.
7. ATTENDANCE & STUDENT CONDUCT
Students must maintain discipline, attend classes regularly, and avoid misconduct. The Institute reserves the right to suspend or expel students for indiscipline, dishonesty, property damage, or misconduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All study materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute. Students shall not record classes, share login credentials, distribute materials, or upload content online. Violation may result in legal action and termination without refund.
9. ONLINE PLATFORM RULES
Login credentials are personal and confidential. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. The Institute may monitor online usage for security purposes. Technical issues due to personal internet/device problems are not the Institute’s responsibility.
10. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
The Institute does not guarantee selection in NEET/JEE or any examination. Results depend on student effort, attendance, academic background, and exam conditions. Past results are for informational purposes only.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Institute shall not be liable for personal injury due to student negligence, loss of belongings, or technical disruptions. Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
The Institute shall not be responsible for delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or events beyond reasonable control.
Classes may be rescheduled or shifted online in such circumstances.
13. PRIVACY
All personal data shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and the Institute’s Privacy Policy.
14. AMENDMENTS
The Institute reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes shall be effective upon publication on the website.
